For the 2023-2024 season at Place Bell, we collaborated with Espace Montmorency and were commissioned by the Geminy agency to highlight a large-scale lifestyle through our drone expertise. Through a video designed to captivate, our drone footage showcased the elegance of the complex, its modern rental units, and its numerous services. Each drone flight was crafted to emphasize the grandeur of the spaces, the thoughtful architecture, and the richness of the facilities: panoramic terrace, rooftop pool, spa, basketball court, workspaces, shops, and much more.

Our work with the drone aimed to visually convey the beauty and fluidity of this place, inviting the public to envision a practical, comfortable, and inspiring daily life. Espace Montmorency is more than just a place to rent — it's an experience to live, and we told this story, image by image, through our drone.
